Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of KolayStack. Plain-language summaries sit above each section; the binding text follows.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
These terms form a contract between KolayStack and the person or organization that creates the account. If you sign up on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the people you invite and the credentials you connect.
Each workspace has at least one owner who manages members, roles and connected credentials. Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly at security@kolaystack.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use agents to break the law, attack systems, or evade the policies you configure.
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, probe or attack systems, or disable the policies and approvals you configure. We may limit runs that threaten the stability of the service.
4. Your data
You own your data and agent outputs. We process them only to run the service.
You keep all rights to the data you connect and the outputs your agents produce. You grant us only the permissions needed to host, process and display that data to operate the service. We do not use your data to train models.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly; you can cancel any time from the dashboard.
Pricing will be published before paid plans launch. Paid plans will renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel from the dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid period. Model and tool costs are billed by your own providers.
6. Suspension and termination
When and how either side can end the agreement, and how you export your data.
You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where the law allows. After closure you have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
7. Liability
Limits of liability and warranties.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
Which law applies and where disputes are resolved.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
